![]() Since any person can create a mod or building (or vehicle, or anything else for the game) and upload it to the workshop for anyone to download (you’d obviously need 3D modeling and/or coding skills to do so), there are mods/buildings for any type of city, whether you’re building an American-style city, a rural countryside town, a European or Asian city, or anything in between. ![]() Luckily, there are also buildings on the Workshop that you can download and add to your game. And luckily, the game fully supports and recommends mods, as they’re easily compatible via the Steam Workshop. Many limitations that players may run into while playing the game can thankfully be solved with a mod. ![]() This is a sick feature, but if you wanted to view a list of the lines you created, especially if you have many lines? Nope. What does this mean? Well, for example, you can create your own bus and subway lines in-game, one of the main reasons I purchased the game in 2015. Especially with the over-priced DLCs.īut the fact is, those features are extremely bland and lack features within. Why, you ask? Well, the game’s got a good amount of features you would expect a city building game to have. ![]() In fact, the game is pretty much trash without mods. Sorry, Cities: Skylines, but you’re nothing without mods. ![]()
